1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShipScout (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShipScout is a product validation tool that helps dropshippers analyze product profitability, risk, and launch potential. The Service provides profit calculations, product scores, risk assessments, AI-generated insights, and marketing content suggestions.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits & Payments

  • New users receive 3 free credits upon registration.
  • Each product analysis costs 1 credit. The AI Launch Kit is included free with each analysis.
  • Credits never expire.
  • Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page.
  • All payments are final. Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Calculations and AI-generated content are estimates based on the data you provide. ShipScout does not guarantee the accuracy of profit projections, product scores, or risk assessments. Actual business results may vary significantly. You should independently verify all calculations before making business decisions.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, ad hooks, product descriptions, and other marketing content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. ShipScout is not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated suggestions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. ShipScout retains ownership of the Service, including its algorithms, scoring methodology, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Analyze products for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent credit or payment systems
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses, lost profits, or failed product launches.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
