1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we collect your name and email address.

Product Data: Information you input about products (name, cost, price, supplier details) to generate analyses.

Usage Data: We track credit usage, analysis history, and feature interactions to improve the Service.

Payment Data: Transaction records for credit purchases. We do not store credit card information — payments are processed by LemonSqueezy.

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features (Smart Defaults, Insight Summary, Launch Kit), your input data is sent to our AI provider (NVIDIA NIM) for processing. We do not store your data on the AI provider's servers beyond the processing request. AI providers may temporarily process data to generate responses but do not use it to train their models.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Vercel (application) and Neon (PostgreSQL database), both located in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Service Providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), LemonSqueezy (payments), NVIDIA NIM (AI), Google (authentication)
Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or government request

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and security (CSRF protection). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
